Absence Excuse
By law, each day of student absence requires a phone call and a written excuse upon the child's return. Parents
must notify the school office before 10:30 a.m. the day of a child's absence.
These Absence Excuse forms can be downloaded, printed and then completed and signed and presented to the child's
teacher upon the child's return from absence.

Medication
There may be cases where dispensing of medication at school is necessary.
All medications, including-over-the-counter varieties, must be received by the school in their original container
which must be labeled with the student’s name, name of medication, dates the dispensation begins and ends, the
proper dosage, and a parent signature.
